Terms of Use

The terms that govern your use of the Fintory website, demo environments and platform information.

Last updated: 5 October 2026

1. Acceptance of these terms

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website at fintory.tech, any demo, sandbox or preview environment we provide, and any information, documentation or material made available through them (together, the "Site"). By accessing the Site you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

If you use the Site on behalf of a company or other organisation, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.

2. About Fintory

Fintory provides a modular fintech factory platform: infrastructure, modules and tooling for digital wallets, digital banking, cards, foreign exchange, loyalty, risk intelligence and related financial products. The Site describes our capabilities and allows you to request information or a demonstration. Some areas are prototypes or demonstrations and do not process real customer money or real customer data.

3. Access and accounts

  • Access to restricted areas is granted at our discretion, usually to our customers, partners and employees.
  • You must keep credentials confidential, use them only for their intended purpose and tell us immediately about any suspected unauthorised use.
  • We may suspend or withdraw access to the Site, in whole or in part, for security, maintenance or legal reasons, or if we believe these Terms have been breached.

4. Permitted use

  • You may view, download and print pages from the public Site for your own business evaluation purposes.
  • You may not copy, reproduce, republish, sell, sublicense or commercially exploit any part of the Site without our prior written consent.
  • You may not attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site, probe or scan its infrastructure, interfere with its operation, introduce malware or use automated tools to scrape content.
  • You may not use the Site in breach of applicable law, including sanctions, export control and anti-money-laundering rules, or to misrepresent an affiliation with Fintory.

5. No financial, legal or regulatory advice

Content on the Site, including descriptions of modules, scoring models, rules-engine logic and compliance features, is provided for general information only. It does not constitute financial, investment, legal, tax or regulatory advice, and it does not create a client relationship. Regulatory status, licences and approvals are always subject to the requirements of the jurisdiction in which a product is deployed, and any live deployment is governed by a separate written agreement.

6. Intellectual property

All intellectual property rights in the Site, including its design, text, graphics, logos, software, architecture and documentation, belong to Fintory or its licensors. Nothing in these Terms transfers any ownership to you. "Fintory" and related names and logos are our trademarks. Third-party marks shown on the Site, such as partner and payment-scheme brands, belong to their respective owners and are displayed only to describe integrations or partnerships.

7. Third-party links and services

The Site may link to third-party websites or integrate third-party services. We do not control those resources and are not responsible for their content, availability, security or privacy practices. Your use of a third-party service is governed by that third party's terms.

8. Availability and changes

The Site is provided on an "as available" basis. Features, content and modules described may change or be withdrawn without notice, especially where they are prototypes or pre-release. We may update these Terms from time to time; the version published on this page applies from the "Last updated" date shown above.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Site is provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy or uninterrupted availability. Nothing on the Site is a commitment to deliver a feature, a service level or a specific outcome.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fintory and its directors, employees, partners and suppliers are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for loss of profit, revenue, data, goodwill or business opportunity, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Site, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount of one hundred US dollars (USD 100). Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

11. Privacy and cookies

Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy, and our use of cookies and local storage is described in our Cookie Policy. Both form part of these Terms.

12. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules, and the competent courts of Tel Aviv-Jaffa have exclusive jurisdiction, unless mandatory law in your country of residence provides otherwise. Before starting formal proceedings, we ask that you contact us so we can try to resolve the matter directly.
