Accessibility Statement

Our commitment to making fintory.tech usable by everyone, the measures we have taken and how to tell us about a barrier.

Last updated: 5 October 2026

1. Our commitment

Fintory is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people with disabilities. We continually improve the user experience for everyone and apply the relevant accessibility standards to our website, including the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at level AA, Israeli Standard SI 5568, the EU Web Accessibility Directive and the European Accessibility Act where they apply, and equivalent national requirements.

2. Conformance status

This website is designed to substantially conform with WCAG 2.1 level AA. Conformance is assessed through self-evaluation and periodic re-testing after significant changes to the site. Where a specific item does not yet fully conform, it is listed under "Known limitations" below.

3. Accessibility features on this website

  • An accessibility menu, available on every public page, that lets you enlarge text (two levels), switch on high contrast and underline all links. Your choices are saved in your browser.
  • Semantic page structure with headings, landmark regions, meaningful link text and descriptive alternative text for images.
  • Full keyboard operability: interactive elements can be reached and activated with the keyboard, with a visible focus indicator.
  • Support for screen readers and assistive technologies through standard HTML, ARIA labels on icon-only controls and form elements linked to their labels.
  • Colour contrast that targets WCAG AA ratios for text, and information that is never conveyed by colour alone.
  • Layouts that reflow and remain usable when zoomed up to 200% and on mobile viewports.
  • Animations that are decorative only and do not block access to content.
  • Legal, privacy and cookie information written in plain language and reachable from every page footer.

4. Known limitations

  • Some product demonstration screens contain data visualisations and animated charts whose underlying values may be difficult to interpret with a screen reader. Equivalent numeric summaries are being added progressively.
  • A small number of legacy content blocks may fall below optimal contrast ratios; these are reviewed on each content update.
  • Third-party embedded content may not fully meet the same accessibility standards, as it is outside our direct control.

We are working to resolve these items. If you encounter a barrier that is not listed here, please let us know.

5. Assessment approach

Accessibility is assessed by self-evaluation: manual keyboard and screen-reader testing (NVDA, VoiceOver), zoom and reflow checks, colour-contrast measurement, and automated auditing on public pages. The most recent review was carried out in October 2026.

6. Feedback and contact

If you experience any accessibility barrier on this website, or you need information from it in an alternative format (for example a large-print or text-only version, or a spoken explanation), please contact our accessibility coordinator at vm@fintory.tech. Describe the page and the difficulty you experienced, and we will respond within five business days and aim to provide a suitable alternative or fix.

If you are not satisfied with our response, you may contact the relevant authority in your jurisdiction: in Israel, the Commission for Equal Rights of Persons with Disabilities; in the EU, your national accessibility or equality body.

7. Enforcement and updates

This statement was prepared on 5 October 2026 and is reviewed at least once a year and after any significant change to the website. The latest version is always available at this address.
